Every project starts with the right questions. I take time to understand your audience, your goals, and the context the work lives in before a single design decision is made. From there, everything is intentional: the structure, the visuals, the hierarchy, the language. Nothing is added because it looks good. Everything earns its place.
I work collaboratively and transparently, you're never waiting on a black box. Feedback is built into the process, timelines are agreed upfront, and the work is always anchored to the brief we started with.

Once the design is approved, I build. Whether that's a fully interactive e-learning module, a suite of visual assets, or a blended learning programme. Everything is developed to a production-ready standard.Review & Refine
Collaboration doesn't stop at the first draft. I build structured review points into every project so that feedback is gathered purposefully, not reactively. Revisions are focused, efficient, and always tied back to the original brief and outcomes.Deliver
The final product is handed over with everything you need to use it - whether that's SCORM files, editable source files, facilitator guides, or brand assets. And if you need support after launch, I'm not difficult to find! -
