Instructional Design
I design learning experiences that change behaviour.
Before anything is designed, we talk. I want to understand the problem you're trying to solve, the audience you're designing for, and what success actually looks like. This stage shapes everything that follows and it's where the most important decisions get made.
I design for communicators, educators, and organisations who understand that how something looks directly affects whether people engage with it, trust it, and act on it. My work sits at the intersection of visual design and learning - which means every brief I take on is shaped by both aesthetic rigour and communication purpose.
I work with healthcare organisations, sports and fitness professionals, and training providers who need design that's clear, credible, and built for their audience. Whether you need a single asset, a suite of visual materials or a full learning programme, you'll get work that's considered from concept to delivery

Every project starts with the right questions. I take time to understand your audience, your goals, and the context the work lives in before a single design decision is made. From there, everything is intentional: the structure, the visuals, the hierarchy, the language. Nothing is added because it looks good. Everything earns its place.
I work collaboratively and transparently, you're never waiting on a black box. Feedback is built into the process, timelines are agreed upfront, and the work is always anchored to the brief we started with.

Discovery
Before anything is designed, we talk. I want to understand the problem you're trying to solve, the audience you're designing for, and what success actually looks like.Design
With a clear brief and defined learning outcomes. This is where content architecture, visual direction, and the journey comes together. You'll see concepts before you see finished work because good feedback at the concept stage is worth ten rounds of revisions later.Development
Once the design is approved, I build. Whether that's a fully interactive e-learning module, a suite of visual assets, or a blended learning programme. Everything is developed to a production-ready standard.Review & Refine
Collaboration doesn't stop at the first draft. I build structured review points into every project so that feedback is gathered purposefully, not reactively. Revisions are focused, efficient, and always tied back to the original brief and outcomes.Deliver
The final product is handed over with everything you need to use it - whether that's SCORM files, editable source files, facilitator guides, or brand assets. And if you need support after launch, I'm not difficult to find! -
Design that does what it's supposed to.
The measure of good design isn't whether it looks impressive in a portfolio, it's whether it worked. My outcomes are always practical:
Learning design: Learners who retain more, perform better, and apply what they've learned in the room that matters.
Graphic design: Visual materials that communicate clearly, build trust, and represent your organisation with confidence.
Illustration: Assets that simplify complexity, add personality, and make content more memorable.
Every project ends with work you can use, measure, and build on.
Graphic Design
Visual design for people who need it to do more than look good.

Art that communicates and visuals that mean something.
Illustration is where structure meets expression. I create hand-crafted and digital illustration work for clients who need visuals that go beyond stock imagery, I work with a distinct voice, a clear purpose, and a human quality that generic assets simply can't replicate.
