Hello, I’m Norhan!
Learning that looks as good as it works
Let’s create something meaningful together.
I'm a instructional designer and visual communicator working at the crossroads of education, design, and behaviour change.
My work spans healthcare professional development and sports and fitness education - two sectors that demand precision, clarity, and content that actually sticks.
Learning that changes what happens in the room.
Good design starts long before the first slide.
Every project starts with the audience. Who are they, really? What do they already know, what do they think they know, and what's actually getting in the way of behaviour change?
This isn't just good practice - it's grounded in how people learn. Cognitive Load Theory tells us that poorly organised information overwhelms working memory before it ever reaches long-term storage…
Designing for your audience means designing for their cognitive reality, not your content list.
Great learning design isn't measured by how polished the slides look, it's measured by what changes after the training ends. The outcomes I work toward are always practical:
Increased confidence in clinical decision-making
Measurable improvement in assessment performance
Stronger engagement with CPD, or a team that communicates more effectively under pressure
Communication runs through every stage of my process - not as a formality, but as a design tool.
When clients and I are aligned on outcomes early, the work moves faster, the revisions are fewer, and the final product actually solves the right problem. I work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and where possible, learners themselves — because the best learning design is collaborative, not handed down..
What sets us apart isn’t just the process - it’s the intention behind it. Taking time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn
